Two Tier Garden Pool Fountain in an Estate Lawn

A two tier fountain shown at full distance so its proportion is legible. Both bowls are gadrooned and flare wide, carried on a heavily carved baluster stem, with a knopped finial above and a shallow circular pool of pale limestone set flush into the lawn around it. The stone reads a warm golden brown against the water, several tones deeper than the studio pieces. Seen here as the axis of a formal garden, which is what a fountain of this height is for.
