Round Basin Pillar Fountain with Iron Scroll Spouts

A tall octagonal pillar under a stepped moulded cap and a plain ball finial, carrying two heavily scrolled wrought iron spouts that have rusted to a deep brown. What sets this fountain apart is the basin. Water has run down its curved face for long enough to leave broad ochre and green streaks in vertical bands, block by block, and no amount of cleaning would recover that.
